Nearly 500 community guests and families received a traditional Thanksgiving meal with turkey and all the trimmings Nov. 22 at St. Bernardine Medical Center’s Family Focus Center in San Bernardino. Guests also received a free jacket or sweater and a flu shot. It was the 22nd year of the event, offered by Dignity Health at its two San Bernardino hospitals.
