Drennan completed his studies at St. John Seminary in Camarillo and Lopez completed his studies at Assumption Seminary in San Antonio, Texas. Both are expected to be ordained to the priesthood on May 18, 2019.
Deacons are either permanent (those who will not be ordained to the priesthood) or transitional (those who will be ordained to the priesthood).
