BUILDING THE FRAMEWORK Construction on St. Frances of Rome’s new church building is coming along, with the building’s framework having been erected. The Wildomar parish broke ground on the new church July 10, and it is scheduled to be finished in late fall. The new church will be 18,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 1,200. Plans also call for additional parking improvements and a decorative wall at the entrance of the church that houses the parish’s historic bell.
