Diocesan youth attend Steubenville Youth Conference in San Diego

Diocesan youth attended the annual Steubenville Youth Conference at the University of San Diego from Aug. 1-3.  Hosted by Life Teen, the conference offered a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ that ignites the young Catholic’s faith, strengthens their prayer life, and empowers them to live on mission long after the event ends. The 2025 theme was “CONSUMED, ‘For the LORD your God is a consuming fire…’ (Deuteronomy 4:24).” In addition to three days of amazing speakers, the teens had opportunities for worship, Adoration, and Confession, while enjoying fellowship with hundreds of others who share the same Catholic faith. Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are an annual series of 20 conferences held across North America.
