As of April 7, 68 of the Diocese’s parishes have sent in their donations for Ukraine, raising a total of $356,645.64. The donations will be sent to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), which will be overseeing distribution of the funds from there.
“I am so pleased with the response and generosity of the faithful ... these funds will be dispersed to the 30 Dioceses in and around Ukraine to help the victims and refugees of this terrible war,” said Monsignor Tom Wallace, Director of the Office of Mission.
