Julian Alexander was a 2007 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He was killed on October 28, 2008. He is remembered as a “gentle giant” and made a great impression on everyone he encountered. The scholarship was established to honor the memory of Julian and also help students continue their education at Notre Dame High School. It is offered to juniors and seniors after meeting specific criteria, an application process and final interview.
The Julian Alexander Memorial Scholarship Committee hosts an annual golf tournament to raise funds to enable the distribution of these scholarships for the past four years. The golf tournament will be held March 30, 2013 at Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Course.
