Throughout our long journey, we have discovered our vocation to marriage and the mission to guide other young adults to an encounter with Jesus and His Church. The leadership and self-giving of our Bishop Barnes is present in every one of his ministries.

We are witnesses of his concern and interest for each of the youth and their necessities. Thanks to his vision and support of the lay ministries, we have had the opportunity to attend workshops to be formed in different diocesan ministries like the PMFP Specialization for Married Couples, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and “Pastoral Juvenil.” Through a constant renovation and development of new formation programs, our Bishop has made visible and palpable his mission of “Amar es Entregarse,” the total giving of oneself. For that reason, we want to give him thanks from the bottom of our hearts because through his efforts and giving to service he has impacted our lives and that of many youth. Today, we are a married couple and lay ministers, committed to live our vocation in the community of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Chino. May God bless Bishop Barnes and that our Mother Mary continue to give him the strength to continue on this road of self-giving and love.
