Chris Alling and Kelly Burt, who led their respective schools through periods of growth and transition for many years left their positions at the end of the 2022-23 school year.
Alling was the founding President/Principal of Xavier College Preparatory High School in Palm Desert, shepherding the fledgling institution in 2006 to a solid footing among the elite private high schools of the Coachella Valley today.

Burt took the reins of St. Peter and St. Paul School in Alta Loma in 2015 as the school was in the midst of expanding to a full kindergarten through eighth grade campus. Under her leadership, St. Peter and St. Paul added grades 5-8 and added a Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) lab in 2018. In all, Burt served in the Catholic schools of the Diocese for more than 23 years.
