He and the World Meeting of Families showed me many ways to make peace and to make God an even stronger part of my family life.

My favorite thing about the Pope’s visit and the World Meeting of Families is that Pope Francis  granted those who went to the World Meeting of Families a Plenary Indulgence. At first I did not know what that meant. I learned that in order to receive the plenary indulgence I had to go to Reconciliation and be truly sorry for my sins, to receive communion, to pray for the Pope’s intentions, and to go to a sacred event at the meeting.

I did all of those things during the World Meeting of Families.

So after I went to Reconciliation, received communion, prayed for the Pope’s intentions and went to Mass I felt so clean and happy.
