Father Adrian Brinn was called to his eternal rest on November 22 at his residence in Banning.

 Fr. Brinn was born to Michael Brinn and Imelda McGrath on December 9, 1937 in Limerick City, Ireland and was baptized in St. Munchin Church, Limerick on December 16, 1937.

 He attended St. Munchin’s School, Limerick from 1946 through 1951 and Christian Brother’s Secondary School, Limerick from 1951 through 1956.

 Father Gene Speno, 84, was called to his eternal rest on July 15 in Palm Desert after a lengthy illness.

 Fr. Speno was born on December 7, 1929 in Bell Gardens to Louis and Anna (Giambrone) Speno. He was Baptized and raised in St. Malachy Parish in Los Angeles. He entered the junior seminary for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in September 1945, He was ordained to the priesthood on March 19, 1960 by Most Reverend Charles Francis Buddy for the Diocese of San Diego.

 Sister Mary Esther Steckler, 93, of the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand was called to her eternal rest on July 9 at the Hildegard Health Center in Ferdinand, Indiana.

 Sr. Steckler was born on January 23, 1921 to Henry and Josephine (Angermeier) Steckler.

 She entered the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand in 1936 and made her profession of monastic vows in 1938.

 Father Robert Guerrero, Pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Chino was called to his eternal rest on May 5, 2014.

 He was born on May 20, 1955 to Manuel Guerrero and Dora DeLuna Ozuna (Guerrero) in San Jose and was baptized that same month at Sacred Heart Parish, Saratoga.

 He attended Sacred Heart School from 1961-1969 and Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose from 1969 to 1973.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA—Noted for his compassion, joy and eagerness to serve God and the Church, Deacon Roberto Cardenas was remembered by close to 400 people gathered at Sacred Heart Church in Rancho Cucamonga at a rosary following the news of his passing.

 Deacon Cardenas, 72, was returning home from visiting his son in Hesperia when he was involved in a fatal car accident on Nov. 29. Cardena’s wife and daughter were taken to the hospital and four other passengers suffered minor injuries
